When you book a professional, he books his time for the activity you book. In case of cancellation or no show, the cancellation fees are those ones : 3 days before activity ----------------- 0 € cancellation fees From 2 days to the evening before actvity at latest 16h ----- 30% of total amount After ------------------------------------- 100 % of total amount In case of bad weather conditions, complete refund of the amount.
